Responsibilities:
- 2-4 years of professional experience recruiting in-house technical & business positions for IT consulting company (JAVA/Cloud Technologies/ PL-SQL/ Testing /pharmaceutical and/or drug safety recruitment experience is desirable)
- Proactively source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates. This includes advertising jobs, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates on the phone and in person, negotiating employment terms/compensation and partnering with hiring managers throughout the entire selection process
- Source candidates through direct recruiting at targeted companies, industry contacts, employee referrals, job portals, social media and vendors
- Build professional networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates, vendors and professional business networks
- Review and thoroughly understand technical, business and cultural job requirements
- Format resumes meeting client and Foresight expectations
- Collaborate with SMEs and others to create detailed job descriptions
- Provide superb follow ups and follow-throughs with candidates and all Foresight members
- Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools
- Participate in other Human Resource activities as required

- Solid skills with Office automation tools (MS Office, ATS, etc.) for proofreading, editing, formatting and tracking recruitment workflows
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with global colleagues and employees
Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
