Corporate Quality Assurance Manager - CPG - IIT/NIT

Corporate QA Manager is required for a leading CPG Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

Developing, implementing and maintenance of a Quality Management System for the business

Conducting risk analyses, identify critical control points, establish critical limits, monitoring and verification procedures

For all new product categories, establish manufacturing protocols after completing a detailed process analysis and risk assessment

Driving the quality evaluation team to conduct laid down quality checks as per defined periodicity, sample sizes and methodology

Sharing analytics and insights on category-wise product quality to the leadership team with action plans to enhance the same

Continuously review quality control processes and benchmark to best practices in industry and make changes in process where required

Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory norms

Driving process improvement initiatives across the manufacturing system using structured techniques like

Training all relevant stakeholders on various quality parameters, its importance to end product as well as relevance to consumer preference

Equipping managers, manufacturing vendors and staff with tools and techniques to drive improvement projects in their respective domains - e.g. statistical process control techniques, problem solving tools etc.

The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate from IIT / NIT with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Process Excellence in a Automobile / Chemical / Process / FMCG Company. The incumbent should preferably have Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
