Corporate Project Manager - IT/BFSI

An excellent growth oriented opportunity with a leading bank in India to lead and manage their corporate IT initiatives.

Job Responsibility –

- Executing IT initiatives for implementation roll-out & support for Wholesale Banking System like Limits & Credit Mgmt System, Supply Chain.

- Also having detail knowledge of Finacle Core Banking for Corporate Division module like Trade, LC, BG, Collateral Mgmt., Limits & Exposure etc. and having experience in Finacle 10.2

- Having good Domain knowledge of Wholesale Banking Division

- Set expectations for software developers relative to design reviews, issue resolution, version control, coding standards, and other processes and provide leadership through execution.

- Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications

- Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints

- Technical & Functional support to business

- Participate in requirements and architecture debriefs with the team to assess feasibility of the solution and identify needs for design and implementation

- Taking initiatives to provide innovative technology inputs for product setups, operations, marketing etc

- Managing software vendors for developments, delivery, implementation & support etc

- Business co-ordination for all technology matters

- Assist with integration of testing tools and procedures with development and build tools and procedures.

- Participate actively in identifying risks and working through requirement and implementation trade-offs to meet project goals.

- Introduce new developers to the project and educate them on the domain, architecture, tools, and implementation patterns.

- Control technology budgets for business

- Introduce new Business Analyst to the project and educate them on the domain, architecture, tools, and implementation patterns.

Job Requirement –

- Experience in handling a similar role

- Excellent Banking Domain Knowledge

- Should have experience of working on similar software required for the domain

- Should have sound technology background and experience of technologies like .Net, Oracle database, Java, Middlewares etc.

- Good Project Management Skills

SALARY: INR 20.00 - 25.00 Lacs PA
