Corporate Professionals - Associate - ESOP & Insider Laws

Candidate should possess significant knowledge of ESOP and experience in providing ESOP administration and consulting services.

The candidate would be required to assist the team in plan conceptualization, designing and implementing full spectrum of ESOP services in alignment with corporate objective and management perspectives of the client. 

In addition the candidate should be well versed with prohibition of Insider laws/regulations and be able to advice the clients on designing the Policies and Internal control System for the prevention of insider trading in their companies.

Salary offered - 4-7 LPA
