Corporate Operations Head IME - 15 plus years of experience in working for operations & maintenance. Experience in telecom is mandatory. - Managing Customer aspirations and delivering the requisite Operational performance through Partners and Field team. Implement, review and improve the guidelines and processes required to achieve overall operational business objectives i.e. Uptime, Network Stability, SLA Cost, Safety, Energy. ESH Compliance : - Building and ensuring safety culture - Driving business partners for ESH compliance - Monitoring safety compliance & ensuring safety guidelines adherence - Ensuring adequate safety trainings to field teams. Customer Engagement : - Ensure Master Service Agreement Compliance for Customers i.e. Uptime, Stability, Energy and Safety - Monthly Governance meeting with Customers in IME circles - To monitor SLA Credit imposed by Customer and reduction for the same. - Provide supports for outage escalation by OPCOs - Maintain healthy customer relationship Operational Performance : - Define operational parameters, review reports, conduct trend analysis of performance parameters to identify problems; conduct RCA on observed issues, analyse poor performing sites, take necessary measures. - To ensure 100% implementation of Laid down process by Integrated Maintenance Experts (IME). - Ensure Implementation of Cost saving initiatives as aligned and agreed with Customers. - To monitor SLA Credit imposed by Customer and reduction for the same. Team Development: - Identify training needs and recommend requisite training courses on technical and behavioral skills - Develop a high performance work environment to build a capable and motivated field team - Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance, acknowledge good work and also recommend areas of improvement.
