Job Profile: The position is based at Mumbai & reports to Head-Corporate Marketing.

- Develop the corporate reputation strategy for organisation

- Identify, evaluate and engage with external research agencies to lead insight generation

- Drive organisational alignment of strategy.

- Develop the Annual brand plan and lead execution.

- Interface with the rest of the Corporate Affairs teams to lead execution of strategy

- Support organizational functions in executing their tasks on reputation

- Co-ordinate efforts across platforms – Mass Media, on-ground, Online and Digital.

- Evolve the brand assessment process by developing or identifying assessment tools.

- Develop the Online & digital strategy for the brand and engage with agencies to lead implementation

- Engage with Media agencies and houses to develop media properties that will help brand development

- Communicate the brand values and promise through creative communication leveraging, Print, TV, Online etc. Lead development of medium specific communication.

- Interface with corporate affairs team from other regions to draw in important learning on reputation and suitably leverage them in India to drive promotions and reputation programs

Candidate Profile: MBAs from premier/good institutes with 4-8 years of Post MBA experience in a reputed MNC and with at-least 2-3 years in a Corporate Marketing role or handling a Mid-sized to large brand. Exposure in Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising, brand management concepts & processes is desirable.
