Corporate Marketing Leader - Brand, Content, Digital & Campaigns & Marketing Operations Head Our Client is seeking a senior marketing leader who can lead & support marketing operations, content, digital & campaign. A highly visible role touching which require corporate marketing functions spanning across managing brand, though leadership, social media presence, demand generation campaigns & marketing operations. The qualified candidate will : (1) Create programs that target and influence brand implementation (2) Take ownership of key marketing initiatives (3) Leverage multiple channels to achieve above and below the line brand exposure (4) ensure the timely delivery of quality work product and programs that enhance - Create go-to-market materials that support general and specific business development opportunities - Manage the collaborative workflow process across all internal teams including creative resources - Effectively lead and manage the internal marketing team within a highly matrixed organization - Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting - Utilize market research to drive key insights that shape the voice of the company and effectively position the organization amongst the competitive landscape - Develop and implement B2B and B2C demand generation and customer acquisition strategies - Implement content marketing and social media strategy that drives awareness and interest - Build, strengthen and leverage social media relationships to achieve top rankings and drive increased coverage of the organization's work and mission - Own all digital and traditional channels and market effectively utilizing direct mail, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, mobile and social strategy, content automation, video and campaign management - Maximize engagement within target audience and markets via digital and traditional media channels - Leverage digital insights to help shape marketing positioning and messaging for fundraising campaigns and broader donor engagements - Evolve and enhance the customer experience across branded content platforms and digital assets - Lead employer branding campaigns to continually drive passion for the organization's mission - Implement and monitor KPIs and report on analytics to continuously measure results Operations : - Develop and maintain a portfolio of all marketing deliverables - Support the priorities of the business to advance initiatives that impact the bottom line - Contribute to team-wide/corporate marketing initiatives that are integral to the company. - Align global market needs and requirements and business objectives and initiatives to minimize redundant efforts and maximize efficacy, efficiency and consistency KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Develop, implement and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy for the firm to drive increased awareness and revenue - Refine and drive the firm's overall value proposition and messaging across online and offline channels - Partner with business unit leaders to develop brand strategy and to drive business results through marketing initiatives - Provide insights to the organization on consumer, food, and culinary trends through market research, surveys of the competitive landscape, and industry reports - Identify and address key business issues, incorporating data, insights, marketplace performance, and implications in recommendations and plans - Lead the creative services team to develop sales collateral, digital content, and product packaging - Direct consumer marketing campaigns including advertising, retail campaigns, events, social media, online, print, and public relations. Oversee program execution and track performance of marketing initiatives Minimum Job Requirements : - Experience managing a large internal marketing department and outside vendors - Demonstrated ability to enhance organizational marketing and brand strategy as well as global media and communications programs - Strong digital expertise spanning SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, mobile marketing - Demonstrated track record of successfully growing digital revenues - Experience building and executing content marketing and influencer marketing campaigns - Proven track record in driving increased media results through major media outlets - eCommerce experience preferred - Strong analytical skills with ability to demonstrate data interpretation - Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage marketing budgets - Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills - Superior leadership skills including team leadership, thought leadership, problem solving and collaboration - Exceptional cross functional management and project management skills and experience - Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to maintain flexibility - Knowledge and experience within the technology sector - Experience managing initiatives and programs across traditional marketing channels - Experience managing initiatives and programs across digital marketing channels - Ability to organize use of time in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple projects simultaneously
