Experience: 4 to 10 years in Talent Acquisition

Preferred Industry: Banking, IT, NBFC, Banking, Consulting

Education: Post Graduation will be preferred

Job role:

Incumbent Is responsible for end end cycle recruitment starting from Identifying, assessing, influencing and sensing the likelihood or the best fit candidate Joining the Job position and ensuring that the Job position Is filled In lime and at lowest cost.

- Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts

- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, salary negotiation

- Develop, implement, and execute a recruiting strategy to fill current openings and ensure the maintenance of optimal manning Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channel

- Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts well versed of corporate Hiring ..

- Attract talent by placing job advertisements through various hiring sources.

- Arrange interviews between candidate and management and coordinating the end to end hiring process.
