Corporate Legal Manager

Role - Corporate Legal Manager

Location - Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Create, analyze, negotiate, and execute an array of contracts for various transactions

- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other business connections

- Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence

- Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders

- Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract

- Keep track of contracts and extend, renew, or close them out

- Assist with the employer's compliance with mandatory standards

- Stay informed about changes to relevant rules and regulations

- To actively participate in automation projects

Must Have

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in law

- 10+ years of experience

- Proficiency in contract law

- Prior experience working as a contract manager or a related job role

- Contract drafting and negotiation skills

- Accuracy and high attention to detail

- Good knowledge of excel

Good to Have:

- Certification or specialization in contract law

- Working knowledge of contract management systems or software
