1 Scrutinizing the legal documents and LSR. 2 Maintenance of MIS based on processing the bills of Panel Advocates &amp; on the guidelines provided for Panel Advocates fees structure as per policy. 3 Co-ordinate with Vendors such as panel advocates &amp; panel company secretaries etc. 4 Fraudulent transaction detection &amp; control. 5 Co-ordinate with other department and resolve queries. 6 Attending training sessions conducted with regard to new amendments or modification in legal policy and be updated with the latest new amendments or modification in legal policy in general &amp; with respect to local developing authorities. 7 Providing due diligence of the cases done. 8 Drafting and verifying various documents such as Notices, Indemnity Bonds, Undertakings, Registered Mortgage etc. and also replying to Notices, prepare Written Statements, Replys etc.
