We are having an immediate opening for Corporate Legal- Manager with a Foreign Bank.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2-3 years.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Good experience in drafting and vetting of legal documents for Syndicated Loan, External commercial Borrowings, working capital, Term Loan, Project Loan and Non-Fund based facilities like Letter of credit and Bank Guarantee.

- Contract drafting and documentation

- Providing Legal Opinion
