Job Responsibilities
- Perform needs analysis, learning program design and execution, career development, instructional design, leadership development and the facilitation of stand-up and virtual training.
- Develop and maintain required corporate specific training programs through the use of current training and development methodologies, including learning and development software such as Articulate and Captivate.
- Coordinate and manage access to the Corporate Learning Management System (LMS) to allow for individual business units (BU) to utilize the LMS for their individual training requirements and leverage its functionality across the organization. Provide/coordinate level 2 help desk support.
- Leverage strong networks, identify resources within the company to coordinate the sharing of current training materials across the organization.
- Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs by creating formal evaluations and soliciting feedback from participants. Create summaries of effectiveness for senior management on key business metrics and identify opportunities for program improvements and enhanced offerings.
Required Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with SCORM technical standards for learning software
- Proficient with LMS administration
- Experience communicating to multiple levels and across business units
- Business acumen with a mindset for continuous improvement and productivity
- Experience operating within a matrix organization, provides guidance, and gain consensus
