- Closing merger and acquisition transactions independently or with a leading role in a team. - Equipped with knowledge of advisory on general corporate laws and handling such projects of international clients independently. - Drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements, eg. - shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements relating to investments in India, confidentiality agreements, draft regulations, Bye-laws for entities, MoU's, LoI's etc. - Drafting and vetting of transaction documents and assisting in negotiations. - Advising various Indian and foreign entity collaborators, in relation to joint venture transactions, including drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.
