Role : Senior IT Recruiter Location : Pune/ Ahmedabad Position : Full Time Permanent Job Description : - Hiring IT professionals in permanent and contract staffing role - Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. - Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. - Prescreening candidates, interviewing, negotiating salary and closing the position Requirements : - 4-8 years of domestic IT recruitment experience with reputed IT/ Tech company - Strong experience with contract and permanent IT staffing including vendor management - Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team including a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment. - Extensive experience using Job Portals and Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.) - Extremely good at stakeholder management. - Good candidate pipeline building &amp; mapping skills. - Good at reactive &amp; proactive recruitment.
