Profile:

Corporate Integrity Solutions for Clients

- Corporate compliance and / or Training & Development in a large company (as part or HR or Compliance team), preferably an MNC. Alternatively working in ombudspersons office, person involved in internal investigations

The desired job responsibilities should include:

- Develop/strengthening compliance for Clients/internally (Ethics, Code of Conduct, Anti bribery & Corruption, Whistle-blowing, Sexual Harassment)

- Strategizing roll out of critical trainings related to compliance (Ethics, Code of Conduct, Anti bribery & Corruption, Whistle-blowing, Sexual Harassment)

- Development of content for trainings mentioned above

- Delivery of trainings across levels in the organization
