Job Description :
We are seeking a Human Resources Head to lead our HR team and ensure the seamless and efficient execution of all HR-related activities. As the HR Head, you will collaborate closely with senior management to formulate HR policies and strategies. Your role will encompass the successful implementation of these policies and strategies across the organization, aligning all HR functions with company objectives.
A comprehensive understanding of HR market trends and legal frameworks is essential. You will be expected to provide counsel to the board and senior management on HR matters, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, ethical conduct, talent development, and support for corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop plans and policies for areas such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
- Formulate and execute strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to HR personnel.
- Oversee all HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics.
- Act as a liaison for employee relations and engage with labor unions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Review and align policies and processes with state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and maintain all HR department activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and standards.
- Facilitate grievance resolution and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Analyze HR metrics and report to the board and senior management.
- Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings, as well as external seminars.
- Interface with external service providers such as housing, transport, and insurance.
- Develop programs and policies to foster employee growth and satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover.
- Lead the hiring process for managerial, specialized, and expert positions.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across departments and locations.
- Oversee payroll and performance evaluation systems.
- Design company policies and procedures.
- Review and update employment contracts and agreements.
- Prepare departmental budgets.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as cost per hire and retention rates.
- Manage internal communication projects, such as job satisfaction surveys.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with recordkeeping and data processing procedures.
- Delegate responsibilities and prioritize tasks as needed.
