Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of employee life cycle- Talent Acquisition, Induction, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, C&B, L&D, Performance Management, Separation Management and Employer Branding Initiatives
- HR Business Partner for Corporate
- Accountable for manpower budgeting/ planning and personnel cost monitoring & optimization, compliance with statutory obligations under various applicable laws
- Recruitment and induction of the employees as per the job profile matrix
- Framing various HR policies as per the requirement of the company and management decision. Coordinating and implementing the various company policies
