Employee Experience - Corporate HR Functions Note : Good experience in Corporate HR Functions and MBA from Tier 1/2 Institute Only. - This role involves managing a full range of HR responsibilities (pertaining to employee experience & Talent Management) in-order to support the overall business objectives . - The individual is expected to be a mature, seasoned, and inspiring HR professional who will strengthen and take HR functions to the next level by bringing in transformation and thereby encourage the organization to think differently. - The individual will be responsible for driving the employee engagement function which will include initiatives like developing employee retention strategies, reward & recognition, enhancing internal communications, finetuning the EVP & developing a credible employer brand and Diversity & Inclusion interventions. Employee experience: - Foster various engagement activities, wellness program etc. across levels in all regions - Formulate PAN India Employee Engagement calendar and ensure successful execution - Create experiences that help change the way employees think, act and perform in their roles - Implement strategic people and process related projects to maintain the employee connect and transparency - Foster an open & transparent culture in the organization and be the custodian of the values and beliefs of MRHFL. Support in Corporate Governance dissemination & capability building across the organization Reward Management - Driving the entire Reward & Recognition programs: - Design, develop and implement reward and recognition strategies for entire organization for the Rural and AH verticals Communication & Grievance Handling: - Be the custodian of Internal and External employee communications, Quarterly Newsletters and manage other similar Employee Communication platform - Keep a pulse check of the employees and present the findings to the senior management - Custodian of grievance handling process through Leena AI, Employee call centre and other similar platforms - Responsible for driving and analyzing the First Impressions survey (conducted in 30-60-90 days ) Employee Satisfaction Survey / Great Places to Work Survey (GPTW) - Drive Engagement survey for a workforce of 11,000 + strength to understand the pulse of our employees. - Analyze & present the results to the Operating Committee with recommendations for the Enterprise - Similarly, drive regional level action planning exercise across the various regions - Inculcate relevant feedback to develop an energetic & high-performance culture Diversity & Inclusion interventions: - Drive the D & I agenda for the organization - Create interventions and policies to promote inclusion & equity - Create buzz in the external world on the D & I interventions to promote the employer brand HR Processes & Systems (pertaining to employee engagement & experience ): - Overhaul of the existing systems and process to make organization "FUTURE READY" to meet business objectives and challenges through respective HR teams of the businesses - Support the HR Operations Team to develop policies & processes that would enhance employee experience - Manage HR Digitization interventions pertaining to employee engagement & communication - The incumbent will have a free hand in design and deployment of key people experience & retention initiatives and D & I interventions. - However, for ensuring that the initiatives are completely aligned to the organization's goals, and for strategic planning and impact measurement of initiatives, there needs to be close coordination with the Head of HR.
