Roles and Responsibilities :

Strategic support reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the role holder will lead the talent scheme of the organization. The incumbent will craft, drive and govern the talent strategy to support the vision. The role holder will be responsible to support deliverables through the following responsibilities:

Major experience required in :

- Strategic Partner

- Talent Management

- Policies

- Performance Management

- Analytics

- C&B

- Employee Engagement

- Employee Value Proposition

- Project Management

- Employer Branding

- Required candidates from TOP B-School

- Minimum Experience requires 8 years post MBA

- Offered CTC: 32.50 Lac Annually

Location: Mumbai(Goregaon)

Mode of Work: Hybrid

If a candidate is outside Mumbai will need to relocate to Mumbai post serving Notice period.
