Grade : Middle Management Level (Designation will be in accordance with the Experience, Qualification and Organizational fitment)

Reports to : VP HR

Location: Ludhiana

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB : 

The key purpose of this role is to provide the necessary support to the various divisions (Corporate, Commercial and Innovation & Development) in meeting their day to day HR requirements. In this role, the incumbent will liaise with the business leaders and managers to introduce specific HR initiatives relevant to business. The scope includes, but is not limited to, maximizing people capability, managing end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1 Implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensuring timely review

2 Recruitment and selection of associates as per business plan and agreed timelines

3 Onboarding of new hires

4 Planning, execution and review of learning & development initiatives

5 Performance appraisal cycle, including mid-year/annual review, probation and service confirmation process

6 Human resource information system management

7 Employee engagement and recognition

8 Exit management

9 HR analytics and business reporting

ORGANOGRAM & SPAN OF CONTROL

Reporting to : VP HR

Role: Individual contributor, with future scope for managerial responsibility

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE : 

Educational Qualification : Master's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, specialized in Human Resource Management

Relevant Experience : 8-9 years in a generalist or business partner role

Threshold Skills & Capabilities required to execute the role :

- Ability to build and maintain sustainable work relationships with different levels in the organizational hierarchy, especially the Leadership team -

- Analytical skills to identify data trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience -

- Hands-on experience with a human capital management system, preferably SAP - SuccessFactors -

- Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends in human resource management


Salary Offed : 9-11 LPA
