- Handling performance appraisals including performance planning and appraisals
- Competency mapping, gap analysis and creation of individual development.
- Managing and monitoring promotions &job rotations
- Identify and implement strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting spirit of cooperation between team members and mentoring.
- Provision of induction to all employees on company policies, Bank Account process, Payroll & associated deductions, Allowance settlement and Mediclaim Insurances.
- Draft HR policies related to Compensation & Benefits, Job Classification & Grading, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Trainings & Development for various countries in Asia
- Periodic review and updates to the HR policy Manual; updating policies as per organizational needs including updates to Statutory benefits
- Developed and designed strategies to achieve learning goals as created by organization.
