Job Responsibilities include:
- Conceptualizing, designing and implementing Performance Management System that would enable people to deliver to their optimum.
- Talent management for the high potential talent pool across the organization, enabling their career growth, progression & retention.
- Implementation of new HR Policies and making modifications from time to time to align with the business realities.
- Spearheading employer branding & employee engagement and direct action towards the areas prioritized.
- Driving the Diversity & OE agenda for the organization.
The role would involve working closely with HR Business partners, HR Operations, Learning & Development & business stakeholders within the Bank. It would also require necessary connect and association with COE teams.
Candidate Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR COE roles - Talent Management/ Performance management/ Organizational Effectiveness/Employee engagement/etc.
- Full time MBA from premier institutes would be highly preferred.
- Team player, can-do attitude, high energy, driven by ownership, must be a self-starter
- Comfortable working in ambiguous & challenging environment
