The incumbent should be a Full Time post graduate in HR exclusively from TISS / SCMHRD / XLRI / MDI with experience in end to end HR including Formation of HR Policies, HR Systems, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, L&D and Compliances in a reputed MNC FMCG / Consumer Durable Companies.
KRA's :
- Designing and implementing HR Strategy as per the overall Business Strategy.
- HR Policy formulation and Communication Strategy.
- Change management facilitation.
- Integrated Performance Management Systems.
- Managing the functions pertaining to Induction, Separation, Transfers, Leaves, Attendance, Compensation & Advances and Rewards.
- People management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment.
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
