We are looking for a dynamic (Corporate Human Resource Manager) to drive end to end requirements for our business needs. This person would Create, Drive and set HR processes to create an organization with the best HR practices

Location: Ahmedabad

What are the skills that you'll need to succeed in this role:

- Oversees Recruitment, Induction and Training Process and efficiencies: Monitor and drive the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members with appropriate skills.

- Managing Performance Management System and Career Progression

- Play a key role in leading the planning, coordination, administration, and reporting of the annual merit process.

- Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.

- Managing Employee Development: Use available on the job training tools to assess conduct and evaluate training programmes.

- Ensure departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.

- Conduct Organizational development and employee engagement programmes from time to time

- Maintaining Employee Relations

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience with an urge to build and create a highly motivated team

- A zeal to create HR practices which are best in the business

- Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch is preferred or having worked in a startup eco system

- Experience in service, retails sector is an advantage
