Corporate HR Leader - Retail Giant - Bangalore

- Reporting into the Head HR you will be heading various corporate HR functions and New business of the organization.

- You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent high experience for all employees PAN India.

- Work with People & Culture functions to identify opportunities to improve employee experience consistent PAN India.

- Work actively on HR Strategy, HR AOP, manpower planning & productivity, Succession Planning, PMS amongst other functions across multiple domains.

- 8 - 15 years of experience handling entire gamut of HR post an MBA from a T1/ T2 institute

- People Management experience is a must

- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD/Retail/Telecom/Modern Trade organization is preferred

- Solid understanding of various HR functions with a sense of accountability and entrepreneurial drive
