Corporate HR Head - Mfg/Auto/FMCG

Principal Responsibilities:

- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in country level including talent acquisitions, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, employee relations and people retention.

- Partner with the business leaders to achieve the business objectives. Provide HR solutions to accelerate the people development towards the business achievements

- Review, develop and implement HR policies, processes and programs to ensure they aligned with organizational goals.

- Responsible for HR projects implementation and strategic landing of HR projects.

- Responsible for building a strong culture to engage the people towards business strives.

- Lead, coach and mentor the local HR team members to build professional HR competence and deliver comprehensive HR services to the business.

Basic Qualification / Experience :

- Bachelor's degree and above.

- MBA a plus (Human Resources or related field).

- At least 20 years progressive HR working experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, in a manufacturing industry is a must.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders in matrix organizations.

- People oriented with excellent communication & interpersonal Skills.

- Result oriented, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Experienced working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to manage ambiguity

- High degree of integrity and honesty; demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
