We have a very urgent vacancy in a TOP sanitaryware & lighting brand -
Position Title: Corporate Talent Acquisition Head
REPORTING : Sr. Manager & Global Head HR
Span of Control : pan India
Reportees : 8 - 9 approx
Location: Manesar, Haryana. [ Global HQ ]
Designation : Manager
Ctc to be offered : from 12lac to 15lac pa approx INCLUDING variable pay ( 1 - 1.5lac approx ) ; depending upon current pay package and experience & current designation.
RETENTION BOND PAYOUT CLAUSE : 3 years from DOJ for all employees pan INDIA.
ROLES: :
- Handling talent acquisition for PAN India and Overseas with a team of 8-9 recruiters
- Managing the recruitment life- cycle for onboarding the best candidates by analyzing the job & manpower requirement.
- Ensure optimal utilization of all channels of sourcing - job portals, employee referral, hiring partners and campus hiring.
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle for hiring the best talent by short listing candidates, conducting interviews across levels, salary negotiations, joining formalities & background verification.
- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, managing disciplinary issues, and motivating employees at all levels.
- Taking care of Time Management & Employee Relation of PAN India Employees across all the branches.
- Taking care of Business HR part like analysis of reports, streamlining of processes, re-structuring of formats & existing processes.
RETENTION BOND PAYOUT CLAUSE : 3 years from DOJ for all employees pan INDIA.
REQUIREMENTS :
- MBA HR or equivalent.
- Excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication.
- Candidates from Gurgaon location preferred; given the office is at Manesar. [ Pickup & Drop bus service available ].
- End to end recruitment exposure. Pan India hiring exposure preferred.
- CANDIDATES WILLING TO RELOCATE TO MANESAR FROM ANY PART OF INDIA CAN APPLY.
- MALE candidate preferred.

- Good communication skills in English - Oral and written.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- People oriented / not - introvertish -
