Position : Corporate Head - Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Experience : 18-20 years

Location : Hyderabad

Qualification : B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Note : Real estate experience is a must

Role Summary : This position oversees the Supply Chain Management (SCM) corporate function, ensuring adherence to guidelines across projects and optimizing costs while upholding company standards. Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate SCM leadership role.

- Strategic and operational thinking to align the supply chain with business goals.

- Proficiency in using technical and digital tools for supply chain operations.

- Procurement and contract management expertise with knowledge of market trends and cost analysis.

Responsibilities :

- Monitor market trends and best practices in SCM.

- Assist in project budgeting and estimation within the Real Estate industry.

- Ensure consistency of SCM practices across the organization.

- Manage vendor relationships and resolve disputes.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee service contracts for civil, finishing, MEP, and infrastructure works.

- Source resources from suppliers and subcontractors.

- Conduct tender preparation and evaluation.

- Manage bid submission process and negotiate contracts.

- Certify work orders and assess quality and quantity of work.

- Develop and maintain MIS for reporting QS metrics.

- Monitor project budgets and highlight cost variations.

- Facilitate collaboration between project team and departments/consultants.

- Promote a culture of learning, excellence, and innovation.

- Mentor and coach team members for professional development.
