Corporate Head - Finance & Accounts

Fund management (Banking): Ensure healthy cash flows and effectively manage working capital by evaluating innovative financial products from lending institutions. Preparing financial projections for banks/lenders. Preparing project documents for fund raising/term loans

Budgeting and Business Planning: Lead annual business planning & budgeting activity. Preparation of quarterly forecasts & comparatives for the company and its various Divisions.

Accounts: Set directions and lead the accounts function as per the prevailing accounting standards. Overall responsibility for monthly MIS/ dashboard to the Board and quarterly financial reporting.

Statutory Compliances: Ensure that timely reports/returns are filed as per the regulations.

Governance: Ensure financial discipline in the company by setting sound policies, processes, and SOPs to control financial transactions.

Costing & Profitability: Monthly monitoring & analysis of pricing, costing & profitability of the products. Ensure accuracy of costing across all Plants for all product categories.

Taxation: Lead the taxation function effectively so that there are no deviations from government regulations towards direct and indirect taxation. Ensure effective tax planning by leveraging various applicable & available tax benefits.

Audits: Liaise with external and internal auditors to facilitate fair audit practices as per the statutory requirements.
