Corporate Gurukul - Project Manager

Job Purpose: Successful implementation of CG Projects by bringing various stakeholders and capabilities in perfect harmony to achieve a stellar outcome.

Role Split: 80% Project Delivery + 20% Alumini Referal Sales

Areas of Responsibility :

1. Create schedule and project timeline in line with the Project Head.

2. Track and report project progress as per pre-defined project SOP.

3. Manage resources to ensure schedule and milestones are on track.

4. Coordination with vendors for specific project delivery requirements

5. Handling logistics and operations across multiple geographies (e.g.: India, Dubai and Singapore).

6. Assess project outcomes along with reports for improvement areas.

7. Participate in critical incidents and provide regular updates to all stakeholders (internal & external) on project status communication.

8. Drive initiatives towards resolving process issues by resolving complex incidents and requests.

9. Prepare Weekly and Monthly report and present it to the Leadership Team

10. Conduct a gap analysis and highlight risks associated in a project

11. Travel extensively during Project delivery (India & Singapore)

NOTE:

- Candidate should be available for National and International travel.

- Should have a valid passport.

- Should be available for weekend working.

- Candidates having maximum experience of 2-4 years can apply.
