Product & Project Manager

Must be ok with National/International TravelRole Overview: The Special Projects and Products role within the Founder's office is a dynamic and multifaceted position that involves working closely with the founders and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and develop new products or implement projects.
Responsibilities:Project Management:- Lead and manage special projects initiated or assigned by the founders, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
- Define and manage project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project goals.
Product Development:- Collaborate with the founders to identify new product opportunities for innovation.
- Manage existing product portfolios, if and when required.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to manage product development.
- Work with the product team to design, prototype, and test new products.
Strategic Planning:- Build and assist in the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan.
- Provide input and insights into the long-term vision and goals of the company.
- Help identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
Stakeholder Communication:- Act as a liaison between the founders and various internal and external stakeholders including CG's partners - NUS, NTU, Amazon, HP, etc.
- Communicate project progress, objectives, and results effectively with partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze data and performance metrics to track the success of special projects and products.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the founders and senior leadership.
- Recommend optimisation and improvements in processes based on data-driven insights.
