Job Location: Delhi

No. of Working Days: 5 Days a week (Hybrid - 3 Days work from office).

Must be ok with National and International Travel.

Immediate Joiners are highly preferable.

Job Purpose : As a Product Manager at Corporate Gurukul, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our educational technology offerings. Leveraging your 3-4 years of experience in the EdTech industry, you will lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products that empower educators and learners. Your insights, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will be vital in driving the success of our products and ensuring they meet the needs of both our users and business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the EdTech industry.

- Translate market insights and user feedback into actionable product enhancements and new feature ideas to implement in the CG's upcoming Community Platform

2. Product Development:

- Gather and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring a clear understanding of features and functionality.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prioritize and guide the development process of CG's upcoming Community Platform by making data-driven decisions to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

3. User-Centric Design:

- Advocate for the end-users by understanding their needs, pain points, and behaviors through user research, usability testing, and feedback collection.

- Continuously iterate and improve products based on user insights, aiming to provide a seamless and engaging learning journey.

4. Product Launch and Performance:

- Plan and execute successful product launches along with launch the CG Community platform by coordinating with marketing, sales, and relevant stakeholders to ensure maximum impact.

- Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze user engagement to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress and outcomes.

- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to address user inquiries, issues, and feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the EdTech industry.

- Strong understanding of educational technology trends, pedagogical methods, and user behavior in the education sector.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing EdTech products from concept to market.

- Exceptional product management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams along with well-versed with Product Management processes and techniques.

- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics tools to inform product decisions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Passion for education and a genuine interest in improving learning experiences through technology.
