Key Account Manager
Job Purpose:
- We are seeking dynamic and experienced Key Account Managers to join our team. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key schools and colleges.
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring they understand and appreciate our endeavours in the areas of education and student development, engage with us as a valued partner on an enduring basis, and that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service. Further, you will identify new business opportunities and bgring them to fruition.
- This role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales funnel while alsosupporting service delivery for the respective client account.
- You should be willing to travel extensively to attend meetings, conventions and for demos.
- You should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.
- Ultimately, an exceptional key account manager should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Developing and managing strong relationships with key decision makers in the accounts -B2B (Schools, Colleges, Universities)
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of each institution and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for schools and colleges, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business with existing accounts and acquire new accounts, including cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Negotiation and contracting with clients, including thorough documentation
- Prepare regular reports and updates on account status, sales performance, and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Program Delivery:
- Supports Project team in on-campus and online program delivery.
- Coordinates with project team on schedules.
- Ensures high CSAT score along with project team.
Revenue Goal: Individual KRAs, established on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 5 Days a week
Must Haves:
- Opennes with Extensive National and International Travel
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Possess strong client relationship management skills.
- Should be highly motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales numbers and targets.
