Corporate Finance Valuations

- Proficiency with relative valuations and market multiples

- Very good working knowledge of Intrinsic valuations (including a good handle on reviewing and creating DCF models)

- Passion for doing research and analysis and trying to analyse things in detail with an underlying logic

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Strong work ethics and a go getter attitude to make people sitting onshore engage and offshore resource better and share information and knowledge

- Excellent knowledge of MS excel and PowerPoint skills

- The person should know how to do financial modeling and should have strong knowledge of valuation principles and techniques.

- Knowledge of research databases like Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factiva, Mergermarket, Thomson, etc
