Corporate Finance Role - Infrastructure Sector - Bank

Credit/ Project appraisal and monitoring :

- Identifying prospective clients from various business segments, increase/generate business from the existing clients.

- Performing due diligence of the project finance proposal with in-depth market research

- Analysis of companies and projects in the Infrastructure Sector and providing specially structured deals to the bank's corporate clientele on a deal-to-deal basis, to satisfy client requirements, bank's credit and regulatory requirements.

- Structuring of deals/ debts to meet borrowers requirement while ensuring regulatory compliance and return maximization/ risk mitigation to Bank.

- Preparation of Financial Models/Projections to ascertain the viability of project/debt under various credit metrics along with preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes for the project.

- Monitoring the existing portfolio with regular update on operational performance of project and site visits.

- Legal documentation of the credit facilities in discussion with the borrower, External Legal Counsel and Internal Legal Team
