Looking for a professionals handling corporate finance, DCM with a leading private sector bank.

Location: Mumbai

Qualification- MBA

Experience- 2 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Executing the complete transaction cycle - deal origination, financial modeling, credit analysis, preparation of information memo, disbursal, documentation & monitoring.

- Responsible for origination of deals for Debt Capital Market (DCM) desk and credit products across all sectors.

- Back ground into corporate finance.
