Corporate Finance Role - CA Firm

Job Description:

1. The corporate finance team offers a wide array of services ranging from end-to-end fundraising advisory services to start-ups including front-facing negotiations

2. Due diligence (Tax or financial)

3. Portfolio and financial monitoring of PE/VC funds

4. Mergers and acquisitions advisory to legal structuring

5. Valuation & advisory as well as due diligence services of start-ups (financial, legal and taxation)

Candidate requirement:

- Qualified Chartered accountant with 0 to 2 years of experience in Due diligence

- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills

- Good communication skills

- Current work should be in a CA Firm

CTC offered: As per industry norms

Work timings: 10:30 AM to 8 PM
