Roles and Responsibilities

- Preparing pitch presentations to obtain new mandates

- Prepare Business model and analyze new / key industry trends-Financial Modeling and basic understanding on tax structuring

- Preparation of the transaction documentation (teasers, Information Memorandum), financial model and reviewing the definitive agreements

- Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence process in a transaction

- Project management and execution

- Identifying and establishing contacts with key transaction oriented / acquisitive groups in the identified sector / region

- Analyzing the financial and operational positioning of corporates to proactively identify and suggest strategic options including JV / partnerships, acquisitions or divestitures

- Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field.
