Successful research is not a back-office activity; it requires people who not only have strong research skills but who also have a client-focused mentality and an outgoing and confident personal style. Successful researchers build deep relationships with their peers and senior executives in the practice and work as a team, sometimes responding to requests and sometimes proposing (and selling) research ideas.

Responsibilities of a Research Analyst

- Carry out research as part of a team, typically working alongside one of our specialists / associate manager / managers.

- Continuously build your subject matter expertise

- Be an effective business operator, working to deadlines, delivering to a consistently high quality, proactively anticipating bottle-necks and barriers to success and escalating issues to team leads promptly.

- Analysts will be expected to recover the cost of their time on projects by charging for their time and by meeting their recoverability targets (typically around 78 per cent)

- Grow the knowledge and skills of others in the team as part of your day to day project work and through your support of our Academy classes and colleges

- Contribute to the success of our team.
