- Development of new business opportunity in the area of corporate finance

- Acquire a new client by conducting research on local market identify potential business opportunity and establishing personal contact with them.

- Making Business development and marketing plan to achieve new target

- Making presentation to the perspective client as a part of sales pitch

- Meeting and developing relationships with practicing CAs, CSs, Lawyers.

- Source Investment Opportunities across sectors.

- Handling all client communication and negotiations with lenders, and coordinating work towards deal closure
