JD - Corporate Finance Manager ( Chartered Accountant (CA) Only Need to Apply )

The candidates need to be well versed with SEZ / STPI transactions apart from the skills in JD.

- Revenue Accounting.

- Account payable, Creditors for Opex & Capex, Employee claims.

- Accounting / Book close/ Provisions/ Capitalization/ Payroll.

- Fixed Asset management.

- Statutory filings & Regulatory filings.

- Audit planning, coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audit, Preparation of Financial Statement and Notes to Accounts, finalisation of Accounts and filing of returns.

- Indirect and Direct Tax filings, Assessments, hearings and appeals etc.

- Bank and Treasury management.
