PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities

Major Activities

Credit approval of construction finance cases

- Understand the key financials and assess the financial capability of Builders.

- Prepare Business Case for approval from the Credit Committee with complete analysis and workings.

- Implement and Act in accordance with Organization’s Policies and Process for Credit approval

- Ensure best standards of credit approval relevant to construction finance transactions

- Work seamlessly with all support groups including compliance, legal, credit risk & group companies for Disbursement of construction finance cases

- Get the disbursement documents prepared in line with credit approval

- Ensure disbursement of transactions in line with committee approval Portfolio control, audit, compliance and quality management

- Drive business in a manner to maintain operational , process and regulatory compliance and also ensure quality is maintained

- To develop analytics to manage, track and report various key risk indicators at the portfolio level.

- Monitor covenants for all CF transactions

- Ideate, develop & initiate new project, process developments

- Liaise with Operations team for client reconciliation matters, handle audit and control mechanism

- Work towards process improvements in covenant tracking and portfolio management People development

- Plan specialized product & process training programs for Credit and sales manpower

- Provide developmental feedback to all direct reports
