Hiring for a client in Real Estate Corporate Finance Reporting to: General Manager ROLE: - Submitting the Loan Proposals to Banks/FIs - Preparing the cash flows/ Business Plan for the various projects - Follow up with Banks and ensure required note for sanction sent to HO - Obtaining initial term sheet from the Banks - Finalizing and obtaining the required valuation and legal opinions of the securities/ properties - Ensuring the required credit rating for the loans - Maintaining and Circulation of MIS periodically on Proposals and existing debts. - Assisting in restructuring/pooling of group assets to enable fundraising - Assisting in Structured/PE fundraising and related activities - To leverage existing banking relationships - Coordination with the Banks/ FIs/Investors and ensuring timely disbursements - Coordination with various stakeholders within the organization to ensure smooth process flows - Track debt markets to get the best possible terms of debt for the Company - Assist in MIS preparation for all the stakeholders - Financial Investors / Joint Venture Partners IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: - CA/MBA - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Real Estate - Good knowledge of fundraising, corporate finance, MIS and relationship management - Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, attention-to-detail, ability to work in cross-functional teams, focused and good relationship with Banks/FIs
