Corporate Employee Relations Specialist - Manufacturing Firm

Leading Indian manufacturing company

Key Responsibilities :

1. Help implement Group ER policies, guidelines & new initiatives for relevant portfolios within the business. Also provide Inputs to Group COE on business requirements

2. Assist the Head ER with employee relations processes like wage settlement, welfare, grievance management, contract labor management, labor union management, etc. along with the Unit teams

3. Provide necessary support and guidance with regard to ER and welfare activities to the relevant teams across units as and when required

4. Execute the designed guidelines for contract management, union management, and wage settlements for the Business

5. Compile an inventory of broad line statutory compliances & legal matters across all CFI Units.

6. Guide the Unit teams in implementing policies and processes for dispute resolution and grievance management in the units.

7. Focus on capability building of existing unit ER teams through specialized learning and development initiatives

8. Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes, producing reports and analyses as needed by HR leadership teams.

9. Dispute Resolution - Conduct investigations into grievances and complaints, ensuring a fair and impartial process. Work towards generating mutually agreeable solutions

10. Compliance - Stay abreast of local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Ensure the organization's policies and practices align with relevant labor legislation and advise the management on legal requirements related to employee relations.
