Roles & Responsibilities - Support all M&A / JV / Strategic alliance Initiatives / Product acquisitions & Licensing (Inc. Financing) - Working with finance, regulatory, production and other teams to analyze business performance. - Preparing investor relations FAQs - Support Emcure's Annual Strategic Planning Process - Regular interaction with US, Canadian teams and other overseas entities to ensure management review and action. - Support for various projects such as Global Tax planning, Company / Subsidiary restructuring / Corporate Governance, - Preparing presentations for Top management for various occasions including investor presentations. Key measures and targets: - Projects delivered within agreed time, scope and budget - Create competitor/industry analysis as input for the strategic plan - Handling of investor queries. - Governance standards and compliance Require Skills: - Work experience 7-10 years. - Should have strong financial skills. - Strong presentation skills (preparing high-quality presentation) - An extremely efficient and conscientious approach - Strong in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
