About the role:

The Corporate Development Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and sustainable operation of the organisation. This position involves overseeing budgeting, developing and implementing business strategies, and fostering internal collaborations to support the mission and objectives.

Your role in supplementing the Organisational goals:

- Facilitate in setting department objectives, formulation of strategic decisions & initiatives, defining the roadmap, and identifying risks & opportunities.

- Ensure the team is on track to deliver objectives by coordinating with Accounts, Communications, HR, Fundraising, and Technology.

- Manage Review meetings with different functional leaders

- Manage internal organization governance forums like bi-annual strategy offsites.

- Prepare annual budget submissions in collaboration with the executive team.

- Research and provide periodic summaries on the market and economic landscape in current and target cities/states.

- Prepare and produce senior management updates and report on program developments, highlight trends & identify potential issues.

- Provide support for regional expansion of operations in other states, with periodic financial and performance reviews of state/city progress.

Who we are looking for:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:1-2 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning.

- Strong understanding of the NGO sector.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for financial management.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Report to Chief Corporate Development Officer/CEO

Travel Requirement 5-10%
