Job Title: Principal Associate in Corporate Consultancy - Defence colony – South Delhi

Job Description:

- Must have experience in CDR (Corporate Debt Restructuring).

- Should be able to handle CDR restructuring matters independently from formulation of a proposal till approval of the same by CDR- EG (approval by CDR Empowered Group).

- Should have experience in liaison with Fis/ Banks/ CDR Forum officials.

Key Skills: Good Communication Skills

Experience : 5-8 year of Exp. in Handling Restructuring Matters independently.

Qualification: Candidate should be CA or MBA (Fin.) or CWA.

Most Important Things to note:

- He should know his job. He should be presentable with excellent communication skills.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (stretchable)

Working Days: Mon – Sat, only 2nd Saturday off

Interview process: First Round with HR & Partner, after shortlist of the candidate final round will be with
Managing Partner.

Preferably Male candidates but can seek female candidates also.

Pay Out- 12-24 L pa.
