Job Title : Corporate Counsel - Supply Chain Management/ Commercial Transactions

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- The incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day advice, resolve issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and also to handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.

- The Legal Counsel will serve as the lawyer responsible for counseling the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- The ideal candidate will be an LL.B. (undergraduate law degree) from a recognized university in India with a minimum of 10 years of legal experience in leading global law firm and/or in-house at a major multinational corporation, with some experience in technology and commercial transactions.

- Must have Strong legal and business judgement.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical and computer skills
