The Legal Team at Adecco Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, is looking for an in-house legal counsel. To be successful in the role, a candidate must be able to

- Act as a legal support to management and Adecco business units.

- Support Legal Risk Management and compliance with laws and regulations.

- Experience in labor and employment law compliance management and advisory.

- Manage labor and employment litigations across India and interact with external counsels.

- Work closely with other departments and teams within the company to ensure that legal and compliance considerations are considered in all business decisions.

- Anticipating and identifying legal issues of concern to the organization and proactively developing practical solutions.

- Keeping track of developments in applicable laws and sharing impact with business teams.

- Conducting training sessions for business stakeholders.

- Ensuring adherence to all applicable statutory compliances.
