Position: Corporate Communication- Asst. Manager / Manager

Location: Chennai

Yrs of experience: 7 to 10 yrs

Responsibilities:

- Responsibilities include end to end management of integrated business communications for the company’s prime global technology centers of excellence.

- Responsibilities include managing and executing integrated business and workforce communications with the aim of educating and exciting employees.

- Managing internal and external events by partnering with cross-functional teams, and in devising and driving enhancement programs.

- Managing leadership communication by partnering with leaders of multiple business units and functions.

- Research, analyze and implement communication enhancement strategies to communicate accurately and effectively with the aim of driving a high performance culture in the organisation.

- Developing and adhering to communication plans, identifying relevant audience, communications vehicles and frequency of communications.

- Developing content for identified communication vehicles and ensuring that it features prominently and is rolled out in a timely manner.

- Partnering with PR agency to lead critical aspects of external outreach as and when required.

- Responsible for critical communicative aspects of campus relations by partnering with cross-functional human resources teams.

- Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to help retain industry positioning through various mediums including key external surveys.

- Role reports to vice president corporate communications.

Candidate Profile:

1. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in communications.

2. Candidates should have a graduate degree from a recognized university. Education specialization in Marketing/Communications is an add on.

3. Candidates should have had hands-on experience in content development for internal business and employee campaigns.

4. Should have worked in a global environment in the IT industry.

5. Should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
